Visiting
If you are visiting the Society's Lambeth headquarters you can enjoy a quick coffee or lunch on our 5th floor, which offers spectacular views over London and the Thames. Alternatively, members can treat their guests to a more formal fine dining experience in the dining room; however, it is essential to book this in advance.

Meetings at the Scottish office
The Scottish office of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain is situated in Holyrood Park House, 106 Holyrood Road, Edinburgh, EH8 8AS. We have four meeting rooms that are available for hire:
Our large, purpose built meeting room can accommodate up to 28 people board room style and up to 80 people theatre style. Facilities include LCD projector, internet access, flipchart & stand, video conference system, and hearing loop for the hard of hearing.
Our smaller meeting rooms can comfortably accommodate 8-12 people board room style. Facilities include flipchart & stand, internet access, video and telephone conference.
Room hire includes the provision of tea, coffee and biscuits for guests, and a wide range of additional catering can be arranged via a local caterer.

Meetings at the Welsh office
The Welsh Office of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain is situated in Cardiff Gate Business Park.
We have two rooms that are available for hire.
Our large, purpose built meeting room can accomodate up to 32 people board room style and up to 60 people theatre style. Facilities include LCD projector, flipchart & stand and conference telephone.
Our smaller meeting room can comfortably accomodate up to 12 people board room style and up to 35 people theatre style. Facilities include flipchart & stand and conference telephone.
Video conference facilities are also available.
A wide variety of catering can be arranged from our caterers.
