Eleri Schiavone

Welsh Pharmacy Board and RPS Assembly

Eleri is an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist and the Patient Service Lead at the Princess of Wales Hospital; Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. 

With 15 years of NHS experience working predominately in the managed sector, Eleri has extensive experience working in clinical specialist roles and as the West Midlands Hepatitis C Lead Pharmacist, lead on multi-sector, multi-professional regional projects.

Eleri is passionate about education and shared learning and has supported HIV/ Hepatitis C projects and charities here in the UK, Pakistan, South Africa and Tanzania.

Now home in Wales, Eleri is an active member of the All Wales Quality and Patient Safety Group and an Executive Board member for Pharmacy Delivering a Healthier Wales.
