The Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences are pleased to announce their inaugural Science Conference UK PharmSci 2010 The Science of Medicines. This will be the premier conference for pharmaceutical scientists in the United Kingdom in 2010.

Abstracts - call for papers
Submissions of previously unpublished work for possible poster and podium presentation are invited – more information on the call for papers can be found here. The deadline to submit your work is 17.00 on 1 May 2010.

Who should attend:

- Scientists, management and technicians from the key disciplines and processes that comprise today’s pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries

- Academic pharmaceutical scientists, chemists, biochemists, molecular biologists, nanotechnologists and others involved in the research and development of new medicinal technologies

- Postgraduate and post doctoral scientists from all groups involved in pharmaceutical science including medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutics, biochemistry, biotechnology, analysis and material science

- Scientists and management representing government agencies that have a role in the development of policy and regulation relating to pharmaceutical and biotech R&D

- Representatives of the pharmaceutical and biotech supply chain

- Representatives from contract research or manufacturing organisations, equipment and excipient suppliers, drug delivery companies and small and medium size enterprises associated with the pharmaceutical sciences
