Wessex

The Wessex Pharmacy Forum provides easy access for members to a knowledge base of information and advice on professional matters which affect pharmacists everyday - ethical dilemmas, mentoring, governance, career options etc. It is a local group supporting pharmacists for the benefit of others, with quality, innovation, collaborative working and safety at the core to improve professional practice.

The LPF aims to provides links with other health and social care professionals, leading to useful collaborative working;  offer individual support to those struggling with CPD and those who want ideas for advanced practice; linking in with prescribers, both medical and non-medical (of vital importance for those intending to develop their clinical expertise) and providing a network for pharmacists who often operate in isolation, along with the expertise of pharmacists in hospital and industry.
