Researcher Dr Shigeaki Mishima of the University College London School of Pharmacy, is conducting a comparative study of community pharmacy practice in Japan and the UK. The research involves a questionnaire (approx 5 mins) followed by a face-to-face interview (1 hour).

November 2016 - March 2017:The University of Bath is looking for 10 pharmacists from community pharmacies in South London to taken part in a study looking at the provision of contraception services for women receiving opiate substitution treatment.

The RPS is working with an organisation who are in the early stages of planning a trial which aims recruit up to 15,000 patients for a study using community pharmacy. We will share further information as soon as it is available and will be contacting Research Ready pharmacies in the relevant areas once the scheme is up and running.
