The Scottish office of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society is situated in Holyrood Park House, Edinburgh. We have bright, open, well-equipped meeting space, flexible enough to suit almost any needs. Details of our rooms are as follows:

Duncan room 28 ppl £150 Data projector & screen, video conferencing*, tabletop lectern, loop system for the hard of hearing, board room seating for up to 28 people.
Macfarlan room 12 ppl £70 Board room seating for up to 12 people.
Smith room 6 ppl £35 Board room seating for up to 6 people, conference telephone.
Flockhart room 8 ppl £45 Board room seating for up to 8 people, video conferencing*
Lecture hall 70 ppl £450 Data projector & screen, video conferencing*, tabletop lectern, loop system for the hard of hearing, theatre style seating for up to 70 people.

* additional charges may apply. Please enquire for more information about video conferencing.

• In addition to the facilities listed above, all rooms have flipchart stands, disabled access, and internet access along with a laptop to display presentations and/or access the internet

• Room hire includes the provision of tea, coffee and biscuits for guests on arrival

• Additional catering requirements can be arranged via a local caterer

• Handy city centre location, close to rail and bus links.
