We are delighted to announce that our Collaborative approach to managing diabetes event, held 21 March 2013 in London, is now free for members to attend (or £50 for non-members).

This collaborative event between the RPS and RCGP will explore how we can enable more healthcare to be provided in the community, coordinated around the needs of patients by harnessing better joined up working across professional boundaries. It will look at what potential future models of integrated care will look like and the implications for patients, professionals and commissioners.

This 1-day conference will be of interest to community pharmacists and general practitioners, as well as those that work in primary care, or specialise in diabetes. It may also be useful to clinical commissioning group members.
