We are busy working with members to build the new professional body for the profession and we’re committed to putting our members’ needs at the heart of everything we do. Three years ago we began the process of listening to members to understand their views on what the professional body should offer to members.

A large piece of member research facilitated by Opinion Leader Research was conducted and set out to understand and explore what members would need, want and expect from their professional leadership body.

Attitude tracker

Following on from this, in January 2009 we introduced our membership "Attitude Tracker" survey to give members the opportunity to feedback to us as we move towards the launch of the new professional leadership body. Each quarter we take a random sample of around 10,000 members and ask them to complete the survey to inform the development of the new professional leadership body. Going forward members will also be able to give their opinion on our lobbying activity and the latest consultations that we are responding to.
