It’s Black History Month, which gives us all the chance to mark the achievements and influence of Black people in the UK.
Questions about Black identity and belonging have never been more front and centre in our culture. We want to celebrate the contributions Black pharmacists have made to the profession this month and throughout the year.
During October we’ll provide opportunities to hear more about the challenges, hopes and concerns of Black pharmacists through a series of Facebook Live events, in partnership with the UK Black Pharmacists Association (UKBPA), to be held on Wednesdays at 1pm. RPS Wales is also hosting a national event with UKBPA via Zoom on Wednesday 21st October at 8pm, which will focus on highlighting some of the issues black pharmacists face on a daily basis. All are welcome, click here for more details.
