National Patient Safety Alert UKHSA: Contamination of hygiene products with Pseudomonas aeruginosa (update)

UKHSA has issued an update to the National Patient Safety Alert regarding contamination of hygiene products manufactured by Vernacare with Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The actions to be completed deadline has been changed from 3/7/22 to 1/7/22.
