RPS announces lease of London office floors

Further to our announcement in April that RPS was re-evaluating the use of our office space in order to maximise value from our properties, we are delighted to announce that we will be leasing two floors of our offices at 66-68 East Smithfield to Ingeus, a business with services in employment, health, justice and youth.

Ingeus is also helping people to find work post-COVID, with its Restart Scheme, delivered in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions, giving Universal Credit claimants who have been out of work for at least 12 months enhanced support to find jobs in their local area.

The lease is for up to six years and will welcome around 60 Ingeus staff into the RPS office when it is fully operational.

RPS CEO Paul Bennett said: “I am delighted that we have been able to find a suitable tenant for part of our office at St Katherines Dock. Ingeus provide a variety of services, amongst which is the diabetes prevention programme for the NHS, and we see them as an appropriate organisation with which to share our premises and look forward to welcoming them on site.

“We will retain three floors of the building, including our museum and library on the ground floor, as well as the two upper floors. These will be used for events, collaborative working and team meetings, and we are confident this will serve us well as we embrace a new way of working.”

Caroline Banks, Operations Director for Ingeus’ Restart Scheme added: “We are very pleased to be sharing this important location with RPS. RPS support our mission to enable better lives and we are confident that this partnership will provide a welcoming environment for us to work with local residents on their journey to employment.”
