The progress we are making on Inclusion and Diversity and Workforce Wellbeing aims to improve the lives of pharmacists & pharmacy teams. We want to provide ways to embrace and celebrate the diversity of the profession, making it more inclusive and ensuring that everyone’s wellbeing is considered important.

We’ve committed to co-create and launch a Workforce Inclusion and Wellbeing Pledge for pharmacy and we need your help. We’re aiming to develop a pledge to help promote supportive working environments for pharmacists and pharmacy teams. 

We’re holding focus groups so you can contribute and create the Pledge with us. Work with us to create a more inclusive profession and support positive mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
