RPS in Scotland wants to hear your experience of workforce pressures

The RPS in Scotland has been invited to give evidence to Scottish Labour’s Workforce Commission in the summer. As always, the Society is keen on ensuring that its evidence is fully informed by the experiences of its members wherever they are practising. We would therefore like to hear about your views and experiences in the workplace.

In particular we would like to hear more about:

  • Your experiences of workforce pressures in your day-today practice and how this has affected you and your team’s ability to deliver pharmaceutical care services.
  • What you would want to change to reduce workplace pressure and allow you to deliver more patient care.
  • Your experiences and evidence of where your services has helped reduce workforce pressures elsewhere, e.g. reduced GP appointments, A&E attendance or reduced the need for social care package.

To share your views and experiences please contact Head of Practice & Policy, Aileen Bryson, on [email protected] or 0131 524 2008.
