Results from the RPS National Pharmacy Board elections 2019

We are pleased to announce the results from this year’s RPS National Pharmacy Board elections.

English Pharmacy Board Election

The following candidates have been elected to the five substantive vacancies on the English Pharmacy Board:

Andre YEUNG

Tracey THORNLEY

Sibby BUCKLE

Duncan PETTY

David CARTER

A casual vacancy on the English Pharmacy Board arose during the course of the election. As a result, in accordance with the Regulations, Brendon JIANG, as the sixth place candidate, is appointed to the EPB to fill this vacancy. Their term of office will come to an end on the effective date in June 2021.

Welsh Pharmacy Board Election

The following candidate have been elected to the one substantive vacancy on the Welsh Pharmacy Board:

Jamie HAYES

A casual vacancy on the Welsh Pharmacy Board arose during the course of the election. As a result, in accordance with the Regulations, Adam MACKRIDGE, as the second place candidate, is appointed to the Board to fill this vacancy. Their term of office will come to an end on the effective date in June 2021.

Scottish Pharmacy Board Election

The following candidates have been elected to the three substantive vacancies on the Scottish Pharmacy Board:

John MCANAW

Brian ADDISON

Kathleen COWLE
