With only 7 months until the Welsh Assembly Elections on May 5 2016, RPS Wales will be re-launching its weekly political and stakeholder monitoring report, Monitor Cymru, for the months running up to polling day. It will be made available to RPS members every Friday on the Your Voice in Government and the Welsh Pharmacy Group pages on the RPS website.
Monitor Cymru will provide a weekly update to Members to summarise all the latest news stories affecting pharmacy, highlight key government consultations and outline forthcoming political activity that may have a bearing on pharmacy.
Every day of every working week RPS Wales actively monitors the activity of politicians and Government Ministers that could potentially have a bearing on pharmacy practice and pharmacy service developments in Wales. Keeping our finger on the pulse of political activity is critical if we are to effectively represent the interests of our Members to the political decision makers and influence change on behalf of Members.
We want our members to have their say about the issues affecting their practice and their profession. Monitor Cymru aims to stimulate discussion on the latest issues which enables RPS to rapidly turn member comments and opinions into campaigns and activity.
