For the first time ever, we’re running a survey to collect equality, diversity and inclusion data from our members.
We want to find out if our membership is representative of the profession so we can develop plans to serve you better. It’s really important to us that you fill it in – it takes just 5 minutes.
The survey collects data on race, sex, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital or civil partnership status, age, disability, and pregnancy and maternity status.
Why do we want this information?
We want this information to provide a stepping-stone to more inclusive membership services by removing barriers to engagement. We’ll bench mark the data we collect from you against GPhC registrant data to see how our membership compares with the bigger picture.
We’re committed to making inclusion and diversity central to the profession, celebrating and encouraging diverse voices across pharmacy for the benefit of all, in line with our inclusion and diversity strategy.
We really hope you’ll help us achieve this by completing the survey. The more of you that complete it, the more meaningful it will be.
Is the survey anonymous?
It’s completely anonymous and optional. We’ve put a log in requirement in front of the EDI survey to make sure the data is from RPS members. Please be reassured we don’t connect your log in details to your completed survey data.
We’re serious about inclusion and diversity, both for our members and within our own organisation. Help create change today.
