Karan is a registered pharmacist with a well-developed generalist skillset garnered from experiences across the community and hospital pharmacy sectors. 

Following the formative years of his professional practice, he has transitioned from a patient-facing healthcare professional to an operations manager for a digital health business unit of a large national company, and now a change manager for a multi-site NHS digital transformation programme.

Karan is currently studying for an MBA and continues to pursue change and project management certifications, with an aim to lead organisations through complex change. He maintains a professional interest in digital transformation and promoting the digital agenda to early-years pharmacists.
