Aiysha Raoof Biography Aiysha Raoof is a Clinical Pharmacist in Primary Care, working across General Practice and the ICS. She holds clinical roles in General Practice, Primary Care Networks and is also part of the Enhanced Health in Care Homes (EHCH) multidisciplinary team.

Aiysha is currently undertaking a Clinical Leadership Fellowship with NHS England and the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management.

Graduating from her MPharm at The University of Nottingham in 2018, Aiysha undertook her Pre-Registration year in the hospital sector with exposure to Community, GP and Mental Health sectors.

Accumulating multisectoral experience early on, during both her undergraduate and training year. As a portfolio clinician she holds various roles and positions, including: ICS Racial Equity and Diversity Associate, Founder and Lead of a Health Inequalities and EDI Network at a Primary Care Federation and sits on an ICB Primary Care Workforce Group.

She has undertaken multiple postgraduate clinical and leadership courses and is a qualified prescriber, with a specialist interest in Health Care of the Older Person. In addition, she is a Director of a medical education company providing education and career development support to Pharmacists, Medics and AHPs.

Aiysha is an advocate for clinical leadership and the importance for the pharmacy workforce having a voice in the healthcare sector and transformation changes we are facing.

Aiysha’s hope for the group is to combine their passion for pharmacy and primary care, to ensure advocating and championing of the workforce, drive change and support the development of Primary Care Pharmacists.
