Hadeel has worked as a GP Pharmacist since 2016 and is currently employed as Lead Pharmacist for a PCN in North Leeds. In this role, she works as an independent prescriber running clinics, which support the management of patients with long term conditions and polypharmacy issues.

As Lead Pharmacist, Hadeel is involved in recruitment and providing mentoring for new pharmacy professionals joining the PCN. She also holds the role of Education and Training Pharmacist for South and East Leeds GP Group, which involves supporting the employment and training of PCN Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians on behalf of member practices.

Hadeel qualified in 2010 from the University of Manchester and started her career in the hospital setting, working across various rotations and completing the Clinical Diploma in 2015. She has a keen interest in education and training and volunteers as a RPS mentor, where she encourages the development of Pharmacists to recognise their own accomplishments and gain confidence. 

Hadeel passionately advocates the pharmacy profession and recognition of the value that Pharmacists add to patient care across all sectors.
