Oluwakemi (Kemi) Gibson

Primary Care Expert Advisory Group

My name is Kemi. I am a Medicines Optimisation Pharmacist working within Devon Integrated Care System (ICS). I completed my Master’s Degree with Cardiff University and I am currently undertaking a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy Practice at Keele University. 

I have increased my expertise in Public Health through completion of a Postgraduate Certificate from University of Manchester and I have received the award in Leadership Foundations from NHS Leadership Academy.

As an Early Career Pharmacist I am honoured to be a member of this advisory group. I am highly passionate about Pharmacy and Primary Healthcare. I am excited to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our set objectives and visions for Primary Care Pharmacy. 

I hope to further work on advocating inclusivity within Pharmacy, and ensure that upcoming generations of Primary Care Pharmacist all feel equally welcomed into a workplace environment that is safe and protective of both their professional development and mental health and wellbeing.
