Rafia has a long-standing passion for professional workforce development, and she has always taken a keen interest in identifying and supporting training and development needs of teams. She believes pharmacy professionals should have access to education and training programs aimed at developing a futuristic and sustainable workforce that is equipped with skills and knowledge to cater to modern day healthcare challenges.
