Retired Pharmacists Group

Be involved, stay in touch

Our senior members are a vital part of our mission to put pharmacy at the forefront of healthcare. With so many of you still active and engaged in the profession, we continue to support you and your needs.

RPG

One of our most popular communities, the Retired Pharmacists Group (RPG) hosts regular walks and other social events for members. As an RPS member, even if not practising, you'll be supporting our vision to become the world leader in the safe and effective use of medicines.

Discover how the RPS supports the recognition of pharmacy and pharmacists in our Recognition section.

Follow our Facebook page - UK Pharmacists in the Third Age.

Come and make friends as part of the RPG

The RPG is a very active social group and we run walks and excursions throughout the year.

There's no official membership of the RPG, if you're an RPS member you can book tickets to join us, make some new friends and keep in touch with former colleagues.

Becoming a Mentor

Have you thought about becoming a mentor for the next generation of pharmacists? Retired pharmacist Theresa Rutter explains more about her experience of mentoring.
