The RPS is planning to refresh the care home report from 2012. As a result of this, we are hoping to have some feedback from you about what has changed since the report and get an idea of what you may be looking for from a new report or campaign.
Please find attached a table with a summary of key recommendations made in the 2012 report and a request for details on what has been achieved, how it has been implemented and what more needs to be done.
If you could fill out this table and send it back to [email protected] by the end of July, this would be much appreciated.
Additionally if there is anything else you would like to add about the pharmacy team and their roles within the care homes please send this on again to [email protected]. We are looking for any examples of what has worked well and current experience within care homes.
RPS will also be focusing on care homes at a workshop at the RPS Seminar in Stirling on 1st October. If you would like to share good practice at the workshop, please get in touch via the same email.
Thank you in advance
