We have just been reminded that NHS prices are confidential and should not be disclosed to 3rd parties. Up to now we have done this for studies where we have to purchase medication to be re-imbursed by the sponsor/grant provider.
Please can I get feedback as to whether anyone else provides NHS prices to 3rd parties?
Also, should we be passing on the benefit of NHS prices to 3rd parties or should we charge RRP? This would mean that we make a profit in some intances - is this ethical?
