A few members of NPCTAG attended a meeting of the NIHR costing subgroup in December. The most significant issue raised in comments to NIHR during the last year is the maintenace fee which several sponsors claim has increased their costs significantly. As a result, we've been asked to review the current templste (v1.5) and suggest how it could be improved.
+Can the maintenance fees be tiered in the same way as the Set-up fee is? What factors predict likely complexity?
+Can the "What does it mean for NHS Pharmacy Services" guide be made more helpful & if so, how? NB It's already been agreed that the FAQs will be removed from this guide and be posted separately on the website
+ Is the help text embedded in the pharmacy pages accurate & helpful or could it be improved?
