I am delighted to announce that from September 2017 we will be running a unique MSc course in Global Pharmacy at Brighton and Sussex Medical School, familiar to some of you as the venue for the HARN conference. This is for anyone who is interested in how pharmacy and medicines can improve global health. Topics will include social determinants of health, the global burden of disease, and then we will look at access to medicines globally, and the role that pharmacy can play in improving the health of the world's populations, including in humanitarian responses. We will be offering an MSc, PGDip and PGCert full-time over one year or part-time over two years. There is a brief outline of the course under the Documents section of this webpage, and more information on the BSMS website https://www.bsms.ac.uk/postgraduate/taught-degrees... But do feel free to contact me at [email protected] for more information.
I also want to take this opportunity once again, to thank those of you that took the trouble to complete the questionnaire about the course that I sent out 2 years ago. And particular thanks go to Trudi too! Your enthusiasm and support have been essential to getting this programme up and running!
