PharmSci Today: We speak to UK Vaccine Taskforce

In the latest PharmSci Today Podcast, we speak to Dr Clive Dix, Deputy Chair of the UK’s Vaccine Taskforce, about the development of COVID-19 vaccines.

Hosted as usual by RPS Chief Scientist Gino Martini, the podcast covers some of the key topics on the development of a COVID-19 vaccine, including various trials, the likelihoods of success and the challenges of distribution.

In the episode, Dr Clive states the “hugely important role” that pharmacies currently play in delivering vaccination services and clinical trials, praising the vital role of the profession in educating the public on these issues.
