Risk assessments for at-risk staff groups (England Only)

NHS England has issued guidance around risk assessments for at-risk staff groups. All employers need to make significant progress in deploying risk assessments within the next two weeks and complete them – at least for all staff in at-risk groups – within four weeks. Specific metrics need to be published by organisations from their staff reviews. Further details of the guidance, metrics and support on risk assessments can be found here.
