Top tips for managing medicines in the community

We have partnered with the Royal College of GPs to produce some top tips on managing medicines for adults receiving social care in the community.

The tips are part of the Involved and informed: good community medicines support campaign from NICE. The campaign aims to promote the safe and effective use of medicines in the community, so people get the best possible outcomes with a reduced risk of medicine related harm.

It also encourages health professionals to take specific actions from NICE's guideline and quality standard on managing medicines in the community.  The campaign has been developed by a multi-disciplinary team including RPS.
