NHS England has published additional guidance to clinicians: Cannabis-based products for medicinal use, which is endorsed by the Scottish Government, Department of Health Northern Ireland and Welsh Government. This clarifies the status of the clinical guidance issued and provides further clarification in relation to synthetic cannabinoids for medicinal use.
