Applications for the award winning Elizabeth Garrett Anderson programme open for a limited period
Are you looking to make the transition from a mid to senior level leadership position to a more senior role? The Elizabeth Garrett Anderson programme is an award winning leadership development programme which will help you develop your leadership capability, improve your confidence and increase your resilience. It aims to prepare you for the demands of senior leadership while focusing on the impact you can have on patient care.
Part time and spanning a two-year period, the programme leads to an NHS Leadership Academy Award in Senior Healthcare Leadership and a Masters in Healthcare Leadership; jointly awarded by the University of Birmingham and the University of Manchester.
So far, over 2,100 leaders have participated on the programme. Nearly half of recent graduates reported a promotion during their time on the programme, and 90% attributed this directly to their learning. Many participants credit it with re-energising and focusing them on why they work in the NHS!
Applications are open until 12pm on 18 April – please visit click here to find out more.
