Action Group Meeting Reports

This was our first group meeting. Thank you to everyone who joined us on the night, and thank you for sharing your experiences, voicing your concerns and letting us know what needs to change to improve mental health and wellbeing at work.
Key points raised:
- Workforce Wellbeing is everyone’s responsibility, as individuals, teams, managers, employers, regulators and national organisations
- Little things can make a big difference
- A focus on prevention is crucial
- Need to explore different levers to support the profession.
We also discussed the draft Workforce Inclusion and Wellbeing Pledge.
The pledge aims to set out an aspiration for the profession on being inclusive, embracing and celebrating diversity, creating a culture of belonging, and supporting pharmacy teams’ positive mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
