Error reporting professional standards

  • A pharmacist, pharmacy technician or member of the pharmacy team

  • An organisation that deals with errors and near misses

  • Using the Error reporting standards in your role or practice

Then we want your views on the update for the Error reporting standards.

The 'Professional standards for the reporting, learning, sharing, taking action and review of incidents' are being reviewed in collaboration with an expert group on behalf of all pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in the UK.

We need you to complete our confidential survey, to ensure the standards are current, clear, relevant and fit for purpose.

This update affects all pharmacists, technicians and organisations that deal with errors and near miss errors.
