Where can I apply for placements?

The Pharmacist Support website has a great list of where you can apply for placements in different sectors of pharmacy. You should also keep an eye on the BPSA's social media for announcements that applications for summer placements are open.

Looking to do your placement abroad or in other pharmacy sectors? The BPSA also offers opportunities to do placements abroad across all sectors of pharmacy through their Student Exchange Programme.

Thinking ahead?

You might be starting to think about the kinds of roles you'd like to go into once you finish your degree. Our careers information section has information and videos about some of the roles a degree in pharmacy opens up to you.

You may also want to consider how to improve valuable soft skills if you're thinking about going into a patient-facing role.

RPS Library

Working with theBPSA

The BPSA is the official student organisation of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society. We support them to lead the development and progression of pharmacy students, and to provide support resources and learning opportunities.
