We all endeavour to deliver our services in the best interest of patients, no matter our professional role or setting. But do we always practice true person-centred care?

This webinar shared some of the great examples of person-centred, holistic care that already exist throughout pharmacy services, and highlight the tools and tips that allow person-centred care to be achieved.

Central to the RPS Scotland ‘Pharmacy 2030’ vision is pharmacy teams providing a person-centred care by having positive conversations with patients and carers to enable people to make shared decisions about their medicines and health.

At this webinar, a range of speakers considered how pharmacy can achieve this aim. Including how pharmacy can uphold and provide evidence around the principle ‘no decision about me, without me’ and what we can learn from other professions on how to embed the concept of ‘What matters to you?’ into routine pharmacy practice.
