The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has issued a precautionary recall of all affected batches of valsartan containing medicines made by Mylan and Teva UK Limited. This is due to possible contamination with N‑nitrosodiethylamine (NDEA).
Teva is recalling listed batches and Mylan is recalling all unexpired batches of the products specified in the alert.
