Health Improvement Scotland are consulting on 4 quality indicators aligning with the the commitments in the Quality Strategy and Living and Dying Well:Building on progress 2011.The aim is to improve care relevant to the needs of patients and their families at NHS and national levels. An Indicator is defined as a measure of outcomes which will help understand,compare,predict,improve and innovate.
