Do you share our passion to improve inclusion and diversity in pharmacy?
We’re setting up an inclusive, intersectional action group open to all who work in pharmacy and pharmaceutical science, both members and non-members of RPS across Great Britain, to enable networking and help deliver the RPS Inclusion and Diversity Strategy in the months and years ahead.
We want to work with you – whether you’re an individual or leader of an existing network - to create change and deliver progress for the profession. The group’s work will focus around the three strategic pillars of our strategy:
- Create a culture of belonging in pharmacy
- Champion inclusive and authentic leadership
- Challenge inclusion and diversity barriers
You’ll also help co-create a yearly calendar of inclusion and diversity events and campaigns to generate a sense of belonging across pharmacy. Supporting our engagement with other organisations such as regulators, partnership and specialist groups and engaging with RPS Locals will be part of the group’s activities too.
We’ll work to ensure membership of the action group represents diversity across the protected characteristics along with diversity of experience from different sectors of pharmacy.
