Throughout February we celebrated LGBTQIA History Month.

Our brand new guide to LGBTQIA+ microaggressions highlights discrimination based on someone’s sexual orientation and their gender identity. Microaggressions are the everyday, subtle, intentional — and unintentional — interactions or behaviours that communicate bias.
The guide includes examples of verbal microaggressions and behaviours to look out for and avoid, as well as how to use microaffirmations to create a more positive culture. Download free posters on these for your workplace.

RPS has applied to be in the London Pride parade on 02 July. We last walked in 2019 and if we’re successful again we’ll be inviting members along to celebrate this fantastic day.
We want to encourage voices that express the diversity of lived experiences in the profession as part of our inclusion and diversity work. If you’d like to share your story, contact [email protected] or get involved through our ABCD group.
