Graduating from UCL in 2019, she embarked on her pre-registration training in community pharmacy amidst the challenging backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic. Her dedication and resilience led to her provisional registration as a pharmacist, where she played a vital role at the frontline in supporting healthcare efforts during the global COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition to her community pharmacy experience, Sorbi ventured into the realm of digital health through her work with the telemedicine company Kry/LIVI. This allowed her to expand her experience in utilizing technology to deliver patient care effectively.

Following her full GPhC registration, Sorbi's career took an exciting turn as she began working as a clinical pharmacist in general practice. Simultaneously, she embraced the role of a community pharmacist and became a brand ambassador for Business & Dreams, an international female empowerment networking company, spanning the UK and Sweden. Within this role, Sorbi organized and hosted three immensely successful, internationally-led events focused on empowering women in professional careers and business. Moreover, she forged valuable partnerships with prominent hospitality groups.

As a mentor for the Girls’ Day School Trust (GDST), Sorbi is a frequent visitor at Portsmouth High School where she helps support guidance into university and offers insight into pharmacy as a professional career.

Currently, she is eager to pursue independent prescribing in the specialized field of dermatology under the St Mary's, Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust. With this role, under the mentorship of a consultant dermatologist DPP and pharmacy mentor Aamer Safdar; she hopes to further support the changing NHS contract and support wider healthcare teams.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Sorbi finds joy in reading, painting, traveling, exercise, and constantly seeking personal and professional growth.
