We all have more than one characteristic, such as our age, race, gender, socio-economic status, education, wealth and much more. These characteristics can suggest likeliness of access and support in society. Research shows the closer we are to ‘power’ (based on preferred characteristics), the more likely we are to have ‘privilege’. But how does power and privilege impact the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities, especially when overlaid with neurodiversity?

Neurodivergent individuals, Neurotypical individuals, Parents and Carers and others with a link to neurodiversity who would like to understand how characteristics relate.
People from BAME and non-BAME backgrounds to understand how their ‘power wheel’ may link to their ‘privilege’.
Colleagues and Managers to understand more about the BAME community with neurodiversity and how the two can be complexly interlaced in intersectionality.
